Took a look a bunch of different opt ins, decided on optimonk.
I love this app. So much is available on the free version, and the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend

Great UX and easy to configure, I also like the Campaign function to let me set up different popups to use at different times of the year

I use this app to help me with email campaigns and I couldn't be happier! They reply extremely quick with any questions you have in order for your campaign to perform its best. Will definitely be using Optimonk to continue to build my store!
