The set up of this app is very straightforward! I had a question part way through my set up at 11pm at night and got a response from Brittany right away! Super helpful and polite support team who are always there when you need them! And a very easy to use and impressive app! Definite must have for anyone wanting to increase conversions!

I just miplemented this app to my shopify store, and needed help, and Chris jumped online on the chat and helped me in under 5 minutes to help set up my campaign and set it up correctly and test it - thanks Chris, what amazing immediate support! Let's hope that the app helps conversions now.... I'm now off to create my next campaign! : )

Looked nice. was excited to use it. unfortunately, i was shocked. the pop up that appeared on my site was not the campaign i launched. it was ok when i tested. but when i checked device it was the wrong pop . delete.

I'm sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience trying to create an OptiMonk campaign.
To be honest, we had a big feature Release yesterday afternoon. It seems your issue has been caused due to this Release for which I am awfully sorry :(
I would like to inform you that the issue has been fixed so you shouldn't experience the error anymore.
Could you please also take a look at it so that we can make sure that it is all good on your side as well?
We’ve also reached you out via email to make sure you receive updates.
We would like to prove that OptiMonk is a nice and stable app you can count on, so I really hope you give us another chance.

Hello all, I was having a hard time finding out a solution to enable OptiMonk to work. This was quite worrisome since i couldn't find a solution. Luckily they have live support, Anna came to the rescue and offered a fix within 5 minutes. It's been awhile since i've actually enjoyed working with live support. OptiMonk went above and beyond to ensure I was able to finish the task quickly. Anna was exceptionally well versed and kind.
