I find it necessary to share a balanced perspective with a 2-star rating for this app. While its setup is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and supported by a responsive team, we encountered a significant issue impacting some international customers, notably in Canada and the UK. These users experienced continuous page reloads on our site, rendering the store inoperable. Despite our efforts and those of the support team, who were unable to replicate the problem, a customer-provided video highlighted the faulty behavior of the site. Deactivating the app resolved the issue, as confirmed by the affected customer. Regrettably, this glitch has had repercussions on our Klaviyo campaigns and overall sales. I advise those considering this app to be vigilant and actively seek customer feedback to identify and address similar issues quickly.

Our support team dove into action as soon as we were made aware of the issue, but despite our efforts, we were unable to replicate the problem. It was later discovered that a recent change by Shopify related to their form handling was causing a conflict specifically with your store's setup of multiple domains.

Store owners are the heart of our business, and our team works tirelessly to support as best they can – this sentiment holds true for every interaction we have, and receiving feedback like this is incredibly tough.
