Excellent service. It resolved all the doubts I had because I just started working with Dropshipping. the assistant Nancy who was my agent deal with my requests. She is very effective and I am very happy to work with her.

One major drawback of KakaClo is their inconsistent inventory syncing. There have been instances where my customers placed orders for items that were supposedly in stock, only to be informed later by KakaClo that the items were unavailable. It's frustrating and reflects poorly on their inventory management.

Nancy was wonderful in promptly replying to my emails. Her customer service was wonderful and she answered all of my questions within an hour through email! KakaClo definitely has excellent customer service!

I had issues with my website and adding items to my store but thanks to Kakaclo She was right on top of it and helped me get it situated right away. She was on top of it instantly and got everything working for me and timely manner!
