We focus on custom products. We have made clothes here that align with our requirements at a reasonable cost. The customer service is quick to respond and detailed and meticulous in their day-to-day.

The shipping times for this service is ridiculous. They tell you it takes 1-4 days just to process the item...well I ordered 6 days ago and my item still has yet to ship! I will have to reimburse my customer because of shipping time. When you try to reach out to someone, crickets. Nothing. Nada. This is one of the worst drop ship sites I have come across and I have been doing this a few years. I have deleted all my other imported products and will find alternatives to this site. Just horrible!

BEWARE!!!!

My Shopify store is being shut down. This is very sad for me. Due to copyrights infringement.

I have had a store for over 5 years and recently in october added dropshipping. Because Kakaclo uses fake photos of products and copy the products, which I did not know.

I got an e-mail from Shopify stating my store is being shut down and I am losing years of data and work and customers for having copyrights images.

I can't believe I am losing my store bc I added this drop ship vendor to my online store

As a newcomer to the world of e-commerce, I am still in the process of learning how to establish and run a successful online store. It's been a challenging journey, but thankfully, KakaClo has been a great help in lifting much of the weight off my shoulders and simplifying the drop-shipping process. What's more, their customer service team has been incredibly supportive and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns I've had.

I enjoy the products offered and the selection of many items to choose from. But I recently had a customer purchase a dress that looks nothing like the picture. The material of the actual item is different than the item shown. She was not happy about it and didn't want the hassle of returning it. She sent me a picture of the dress she received and it wasn't anywhere near the picture that shown on the website.

Kakaclo's inventory management system is not working well. Inventory is supposed to update on my store automatically but this does not happen. Even on my listings on the kakaclo app, the inventory levels are not correct. This puts me at risk of losing customers who place orders that cannot be filled (I see that other reviewers are saying the same). I sometimes get notifications when a product I have listed sells out on kakaclo, but then I'm never notified when it is restocked. Altogether, these circumstances create many problems. The inventory needs to be tracked accurately. If they fix or improve this, I will increase my review to five stars.

Inventory Management: We understand that waiting for several days only to discover an item is out of stock is unacceptable. The delays you've experienced, especially after selecting express shipping, do not align with the service standards we strive for. To ensure a more efficient shipping process and improved inventory accuracy, we recommend choosing products labeled as "Premium" and "Express." Additionally, if you are not selling in the US, there are specific products available in our China warehouse that can be shipped within 24 working hours. These product categories aim to offer more timely delivery and uphold precise inventory control.

KakaClo has been continuously improving based on the feedback received from our customers. If you are still in need of a reliable supplier, we encourage you to consider using our services again. We believe that your experience will be significantly enhanced compared to previous encounters.
