Support is very fast and helpful. I was not able to list product on my store. the support fix the bug fastlly. Everything is ok now. Thank you very much.

I like how KakaClo keeps adding new stuff from their China store quickly. But, it’s annoying when they tell me something’s sold out after my customer already bought it. Good thing is they have 24/7 support, so I can always talk to someone when I need help.

Great app that makes sourcing and fulfillmentt extremely easy. Their support and team of agents are also very good. My agent, Seven, helps me every step of the way and it really feels like she's on my side. She finds answers to my questions quickly and provides suggestions when needed. All in all, I've had a great experience with KakaClo.

KakaClo is the best fashion app on Shopify. I love all the options at the US Warehouses which is only 2-5 business days shipping! This is a great app and adds a lot of flexibility to our store. The customer service is excellent! Highly recommend!
