KakaClo's communication efficiency has been exceptional. Recently, we encountered a situation where a customer urgently needed to change their shipping address. Despite it being late on a Saturday, we promptly forwarded the request to support, unsure of when we would receive a response. Surprisingly, Nick from support replied almost immediately, assuring us that he had successfully updated the customer's shipping address.
