I like Kakaclo platform, it's easy and the chat for help is quick and easy. This is fashion dropshipping app is so good. Customer services was very responsive and answered all the questions i had.The clothes have been great.I absolutely love Kakaclo !

This platform offers many varieties but there is still room for improvement. But whenever I face any difficulties, they always help me solve the problems in nice ways. For me, customization is better. When I receive the sample of customization, the quality is nice. I wil keep using it. Hope it will improve better for us.

Products and prices are good, but shipping is not good for dropshippers. Customer care non existent- have been trying to reach them for few days now but no response. Finally I got a response that shipping will be delayed by 3-5 days , and will start shipping after Oct 5th due to holiday for the order I placed on Sep 28th. Thats not the way to run a business. Need to work on faster shipping and better customer service response. Hopefully, they will work on these issues and make it better in future. Sorry to say but fact is US Buyer can not wait for 10 days shipping time plus 12 days of actual delivery due to holidays. Requesting them to cancel the order, see what happens. Looking for better service in future.

The shipping times for this service is ridiculous. They tell you it takes 1-4 days just to process the item...well I ordered 6 days ago and my item still has yet to ship! I will have to reimburse my customer because of shipping time. When you try to reach out to someone, crickets. Nothing. Nada. This is one of the worst drop ship sites I have come across and I have been doing this a few years. I have deleted all my other imported products and will find alternatives to this site. Just horrible!

This is a great app if you want to venture as a business owner, the selection is wide and the prices are great. However, keep in mind quality and shipping times might be a set back at the beginning as todays fast market place demands otherwise.

Their customer service response when messaging them is GREAT but TOO MANY issues with everything always being sold out and not updating me on those items. Causing customers to order and pay for merch I ended up having to refund A WEEK LATER!! A week later? this order should've been half way shipped by then.

My Shopify store is being shut down. This is very sad for me. Due to copyrights infringement.
I have had a store for over 5 years and recently in october added dropshipping. Because Kakaclo uses fake photos of products and copy the products, which I did not know.
I got an e-mail from Shopify stating my store is being shut down and I am losing years of data and work and customers for having copyrights images.
I can't believe I am losing my store bc I added this drop ship vendor to my online store
