KakaClo's communication efficiency has been exceptional. Recently, we encountered a situation where a customer urgently needed to change their shipping address. Despite it being late on a Saturday, we promptly forwarded the request to support, unsure of when we would receive a response. Surprisingly, Nick from support replied almost immediately, assuring us that he had successfully updated the customer's shipping address. Our experience with KakaClo has left us extremely satisfied with their prompt and effective communication.

Great service and fast responsive time. The customer service manager is awesome and Seven really helped me to track my orders. Pleasant experience and definitely recommend it to my friends.
