Not only did this app fix most of our needs, what it didn't do they turned around and made custom rules for us! I can't recommend this app enough!!!

This app has helped alert us to "express" orders, and notify our staff about specific orders to fulfill in their territories. It is incredibly easy to set-up and the team was extra-attentive to helping with custom features. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing support. The app worked great as it was but I needed an extra feature. I asked support if the feature was included and I just overlooked it. It wasn't, but they were determined to customize the app and add the feature. It is now a new feature for the app itself. Could not recommend this app more and have tons of confidence that they have my back moving forward.

By far the best tool for connecting Shopify and Amazon. We are processing hundreds of orders a day through the app with no issues at all. The configuration is much, much more clear than any other app out there. And things work as you expect them to. Stellar in every way. We have been struggling for a solution to a unique problem creating tags on orders. This product managed to solve our issue perfectly. Now, the solution wasn't built into the product. The Order Automator team communicated direct and efficiently with us to solve the issue with an application update. Any other software/application would have charged an arm and a leg. Not them, they cared about finding a solution. At the low monthly price, we receive unbelievable value. I hope this solves your problems the way it has for us.
