Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup

This app is great! It's easy to install and user friendly, especially for someone like me who is not very technical. Initially I had some trouble getting in touch with someone for support due to the difference in time zones but one of their support executives, Manoj, personally reached out to me with a number of different ways to get ahold of him, even on weekends or evenings when he was no longer working. He was extremely patient and helped me troubleshoot my issues. I would highly recommend any app from Identixweb.

The app worked as described and is extremely well supported which is key. The app developer has responded to a request I had inside a few hours and resolved it very professionally. 5 stars for the app and its support.

From 5 stars to 1 star - why? Their service is nonexistent. While my shop loses money because customers cant checkout due to their app. And these many issues is happening too many times. They will NEVER give you straight answer. So you just got to face these issues repeatedly and lose money when their app goes Ape Shit! Guys, i am still waiting. and i had enough of waiting for your "AWESOME" service as advertised.

Tpday 14/08 and i am still waiting for them to solve an issue - if you read the email replies they send, you will know how bad these guys are.. Shitty, Bad Performing App....please...

great app to use we use on 2 of our sites, is a bit hard to set up but the support will help you till all the problem is fixed, try it can't go wrong !!!

It suits my needs and help track the delivery dates and gives my customers option to select when they would like to receieve their orders

Het is een hele fijne app wanneer hij werkt. Regelmatig is er een storing waardoor de kalender niet zichtbaar is. Dit is ontzettend vervelend!

I'm currently on trial mode and having some issues in configuration since I'm not using the default shopify theme. Good thing that the support (Chandni) is very pro-active in helping me with my issues and the resolution is very fast.
