Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Anzeige vom Lieferdatum wenn ich vom Checkout zum Warenkorb zurück gesprungen bin und habe daraufhin einen Zoom Termin mit dem Logbase vereinbart. Der Zoom Termin hat wie vereinbart stattgefunden und mein Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Obwohl mein Englisch nicht sehr gut ist wurde mein Problem verstanden und es wurde sich Zeit für mich genommen. Ich kann Logbase jeden mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen.
I had an incredible experience with Dhina and Subi from LogBase during our Zoom call. He was very patient and guided me step by step through setting up the delivery date app for my store. His effort and dedication to ensure I understood everything made a huge difference. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend their service! Logbase SUPPORT TEAM is the best.
