I installed this app since 1 month while i was working working on my client project by using this app feature but was having some issue with setting up app they i go with app's Support team and i Discussed with Shiva who is support team member of this To be Honest they come out from their rule to help me by fixing my some issue with code to solve bugs . I also discussed with technical team person name with Gokul Who is super supporting me very well and explain me as well how he fixed the issue

App is perfect & wonderful for my shop to manage our deliveries slots available to customers. Previously I was using a much more expensive app & Logbase can do what it could do & much more. Customer service team at Logbase is also top-notch always replying almost instantly & resolving my issues within the day itself. The other app I always had to wait hours just to talk to someone. Frequently, Janani was the one who assisted me & she is perfect. Knows her stuff & always friendly & helpful. Thanks team!

Sudhan is a kick-ass helper! He helped set up my Delivery rates and delivery conditions, accessed my computer using zoom calls, and walked me through every part of the process. Very helpful. Even when I couldn't do things, he allowed me to sit back and watch him set up each scenario on my page.
