Great functionality and highly recommend this app for pick-up and delivery. Special thanks to Siva, He was extremely helpful and support to set up the pick-up configuration and tested it with me. His service is very fast and perfect.
This app really meets my problem with Pick up method. Great app and Great Customer Service.

The support team is awesome they'll set up everything for you right in front of you, app works super well and is flexible to cover most special situations that I have (different regions based on week, different shipping rates based on distance, etc). I'm having a great experience
This app is miles above one of the competitors which we used first. We were unhappy and looking for any change, but could not imagine how many issues would be fixed JUST upon installing it. We did have to contact customer support, but Sudhan from their customer service team was a dream. Solved all of our critical issues at an odd hour, I simply clicked the "chat with an agent" button and he immediately asked if I'd prefer a Zoom call, we got everything worked out. Fantastic app, highly recommend.
I haven't fully explore and use it but the way it was shown and configure, it pretty covered all things our online store is needed. Adding more is the very accommodating and well knowledgeable technical support(Sree) and even their CEO is trying to help to resolve the concern. Thank you! I appreciate you kindness.
