Customer service makes navigating this app SMOOTH sailing. Best to meet on Zoom and spend a little time on your issue and they will share screen and show you exactly how to get from point A to B and then again from point B-D :). Thank you for todays help!
Some improvements to consider: The Calendar and the charge at Checkout aren't cohesive...for example the same customer in one zip code can select a time that isn't offered to them...it shouldn't show a specific time to the zip code if the zip code doesn't offer it at checkout.
There are a few more little things like this I'd like to submit for review...but overall, it does get the job done.

This app's functionality and service blows every other app out of the water. I tried installing every delivery/pickup calendar app I could find on the app store, and only this one ended up fitting our needs because its features are so much richer and more developed than the others. Service: Annie and her team were always available for zoom calls and worked extensively with me to make sure that the app looked great with my store theme. Every request was fulfilled within a few hours, and I am honestly so impressed - this is probably the best service I have encountered working with any app on Shopify. If you're wondering why this app only has 5 star reviews (you will NEVER find this on another Shopify app), there is a good reason for it. You will be in good hands!

I used this app to set up a bunch of different custom local pick up options that are not standardized. The customer service I received from Siddarth at LogBase was exceptional! The app was able to do all the things I wanted - the company helped me figure it out. I couldn't be happier.
