I contacted support 2 times (once to help set up, and one to add an extra feature) - they were so quick! Literally I sent an email and 15 minutes later I had a response saying my request had been put into action. love it so far!

Seamless app with INCREDIBLE support! Set-up was so easy due to the support on chat, then when we needed extra help we jumped on zoom with Janani and it was all sorted so fast! Had people test it on the website and received a lot of compliments on how easy and straightforward it was to use. Highly recommend 10/10

This app and the support provided has been amazing. We needed an app that could handle multiple delivery scenarios to work in with our small business. To date all has been achievable! I have been using the Pickeasy app on my store for about 1 year and it has been great. I recently needed to update my store hours and Subi was very helpful in adjusting my holiday hours. I would recommend this app if your store offers local pick, delivery and shipping. Awesome!
