I contacted support 2 times (once to help set up, and one to add an extra feature) - they were so quick! Literally I sent an email and 15 minutes later I had a response saying my request had been put into action. love it so far!

I find the customer service to be very helpful and quick. The app works really well and is easy to configure.

Seamless app with INCREDIBLE support! Set-up was so easy due to the support on chat, then when we needed extra help we jumped on zoom with Janani and it was all sorted so fast! I have been using the Pickeasy app on my store for about 1 year and it has been great. I recently needed to update my store hours and Subi was very helpful in adjusting my holiday hours. I would recommend this app if your store offers local pick, delivery and shipping. Awesome!
