Highly recommend this app. This is a big saviour to our store and helps make our life and customer life super easy. The teams engage with you on regular basis and any feedback provided is added as feature in upcoming releases. The icing on the cake is the stupendous support they provide. Superior support and a great way to customize the cart page to allow people to choose pickup or shipping (with special rules to disable whatever you need to - on specific products! yeah!)

Tried another delivery/pick up app which was just okay. Decided to give this one a shot and let me tell you ... SO GLAD I TRIED THIS ONE! It literally does everything I need including different prep times for different products. It was pretty simple to get going, I just needed a couple of tweaks which support got done extremely fast. They knew and understood what I was talking about, fixed it in almost real time. This is the type of support I'm talking about!!!

Thank you Janani & Vinduja. Vinduja in particular helped me with an extremely complex setup issue which took over 2 hours to resolve. She was incredibly patient & also took the time to train me on some aspect so that we could be self-sufficient in the future.
Due to the complexity of our needs, she has also pre-emptively raised an issue that occurred during testing that I would not have notice.
I love that they orders get automatically tagged with the date of pickup / local delivery. Hugely helpful for managing delivery days.
