Their App works great and has a ton of flexibility to it. Dare I say it is likely the best pickup and delivery app available on the Shopify store. Support is always top notch. Instead of just having the option for support via email or support ticket, these guys also allow you to request support via Zoom. Best service I have received out of all the Shopify App teams I have worked with.

Excellent, flexible app! Simple to set up, includes all the settings you need to accommodate even complicated services and hours (which is important for a lot of restaurants turning to delivery during these times). We are an online cake store and we use this app for our local deliveries and pick up. The app works well and we are happy with it. The most important part is the customer service. The support team has been invaluable to us from helping with the set up and fixing any minor issues. They have a Zoom service, where you can book a meeting and speak to someone on their team and they help you right then and there. The customer service is outstanding.

I recently upgraded this app and am very happy I did. The option to have different lead times for my products is exactly what I needed. I needed some help to set it up correctly and the support people were amazing and very quick to respond. I was able to customize this app to fit my specific needs.

This app did a much better job than the previous one I used and it's very customizable. The support team is super helpful and respond really quickly. No regrets using this app at all.
