Si bien la App tiene muchas opciones y puede confundir a veces me sorprendió la disposición del soporte técnico Rahul, muy amable, super rápido y con una predisposición a mil por hora. Al final resulto muy fácil de usar gracias a el. Muy agradecido por el apoyo Rahul.

This app is perfect for my cookie business! It allows you to pick specific pick up/delivery days & times which is exactly what I needed. Customer service is extremely helpful in explaining everything and helping me navigate through their app. I would highly recommend downloading it if it fits your needs!

Excellent customer service! I had a small problem with the layout of the date and time selector boxes in the shipping cart and they immediately emailed me back and helped me solve problem. No extra charge and no hassle.

they were very nice in fixing the issue with my delivery date picker. Also the picker overall has a basic and nice functionality, and it has a free plan so its good.

I have a small flower online shop and installed Pickeasy app for client to be able to choose the time and method of delivery or pick up, I had a minor issue with how it worked with my online Shopify store , but Pickeasy set up a zoom meeting to resolve the issue, Dinesh called me and was very helpful and patiently helped to solve the issue, so app now running perfectly, I recommend them if you need an app for delivery or pickup .

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. This happened because our HTTPS renewal failed for some unknown reason. The app was down for 2 hours due to it. We assure you such glitches will never happen again. Thank you for the opportunity and patience.

So happy to find this app which is half the price of a similar app, but with much better assistance. I asked a question about set up, received a reply straight away and was offered a free zoom meeting which I was able to book the very next day. The person that helped me was super friendly, fast and did the whole set up for me remotely in half an hour - just amazing as I have spent a lot of time trying to find these solutions myself (and paid an expert to help too!). I'm so pleased I found this app and I feel very confident that if I have any issues in the future there will be a quick solution found for me.
