I installed this app to help me schedule pick ups and local deliveries. After only a few days I decided to uninstall when I discovered a flaw that allows customers to select local delivery than check out without providing their address - causing me to have to get in touch with the customer for clarification. Which totally defeats the purpose of the app. I spoke with customer service and the problem can be remedied if you upgrade the app (aka pay more money) which to me is like - you know there's a glitch in the system but in order for the app to run smoothly, you want me to pay more. Ya okay.... There are some things I liked about the app, but ultimately having to contact customers to follow up doesn't serve my business well.

Actually the checkout page of Shopify is not customizable, you can verify this with Shopify as well and the only way for any app to handle local delivery with rates completely is with their carrier calculated shipping API.

The API is free with the annual plan of Shopify and it is $20/month in their monthly plan. This is charged by Shopify, not the app.

For the app to handle delivery rates we don't charge extra. It is part of your current plan itself.

We have already emailed you and we will be glad to connect on a Zoom call and set this up for you in the current app plan itself.

Customer service was super helpful in setting up our delivery process. Scheduling was easy, and he was very friendly and easy to follow.

Really great app with alot of wonderful customizations options. Support given by Annie was on point and extremely fast. She even initiated a zoom session to help me through the customization issues i was faced and solved them perfectly. Keep it up!

I've just installed and the help was able to support right away in the configuration. It seems to be working, so I gave it a 4 star (hopefully I can change later) since I'm testing this on our webshop.

This app is brilliant, it has enabled me to organise my orders, collections and shipping. Not all my products can be shipped. I contacted the guys for help with set up and they shared my screen and did so much of the set-up for me. I am delighted with it. They are so quick to respond to any questions.

Unfortunately, it did not work for my website. Many minor errors, lack of internal communication between the app support team. It really messed up my shipping section , automatic email does not look professional and continually losing the customer - Launched the site last week and already lost 4 customers.. Its crucial for the new site.. Support team was always there and willing to helpful but it is just not meet my needs

I just went through all the communication you had with our support team. It looks like the checkout experience for the customer was not seamless. If you can give us another opportunity, I can connect with you personally on a Zoom call and sort out the issues you have in the checkout page. We can also help you customize all the emails as per your requirement. We are also limited in some cases in Shopify as the checkout page of Shopify is not customizable, this would be the case for all similar apps in the Shopify app store. You can check them as well.
