If you have a very basic ecommerce model with local delivery, this is probably a great solution for you. If you have more complexity - multiple apps, bundling, discounts... then it may partially function for you. However be aware there are a lot of quirks and limitations. For example they can't account for discounts when calculating a delivery rate, which is a big deal. Support just blames Shopify. Another 'conflicting' app is Bold Variations, which support just blames on Bold... Not able or willing to help fix problems, they just blame other parties - shopify + conflicting apps.

Whelp, it used to be a 5 star review. Then update after update they made the app more and more difficult to use for those of us that not only let customers pick dates, but also need to enter the date needed in the Shopify back end order entry. It now takes EIGHT clicks and typing in the customers name again and all those screen refreshes to simply enter a date needed for an order!

This used to be able to be done in 4 clicks, and ideally, like competitive apps, it should be 1 click from inside the back end order entry.

Super disappointed. I was told 'they will take my feedback'. They basically broke this app for anyone who takes orders over the phone and it's next to useless. If this doesn't either get addressed or deprecated, it's something you should not consider unless all your orders are coming through the front end.

Their service is amazing. They always go above and beyond when it comes to tweaking the app to work better for my scenario and to help me get things set up.

The app works as described and has not given me any significant issues and the few things I did have due to conflicts with other apps, the support team fixed quickly.

Waste of time. App doesn't even support transferring addresses to google calendar. Your time is better spent somewhere else.
