support seems to doesn t care if u need something urgent if you are on a free plan. suppose i understand that i have low prio but i can't give 5 starts for that.
they also misslead you in the app saying things like "New Version is Live! Upgrade Now" even having a "switch to the new version" button but in fact u have to contact them and wait as they said "3-4" days

The 3–4 day timeframe is needed because our team carefully migrates and syncs your existing settings, including date and delivery settings, to the new version. We do this to make sure nothing is affected on your live store. The new version also has new features and an updated plan structure, so it requires a proper migration rather than an instant switch.
We also understand that the “Upgrade Now” / “Switch to the new version” wording could make it seem like the process would be immediate. We apologize for the confusion and will work on making this clearer.

It's great to be able to show site visitors their delivery estimate - and the rules are flexible and easy to set up. We needed help to get the email order confirmation working as we needed, and they responded quickly, professionally and resolved the issue for us. I would recommend for sure.

Choose this app because you can work with translations and easy setup for different product (i.e. different delivery time for pre order). Had some questions to set up, but fast and good response from Customer service
