We are offering to merchant that you can give information to customers about when their products will be delivered if they order today. From the app admin, Merchant can set delivery date as their format, language, fonts, color and size with icons. Sto usando questa app da poco ma mi ha già conquistata! È semplice, intuitiva e ha anche un piano gratuito, quindi la trovo perfetta per chi, come me, sta iniziando a lavorare con la piattaforma Shopify.
Ma la cosa che mi ha colpita di più è stato il servizio clienti. Avevo un problema che cercavo di risolvere da sola da almeno 30 minuti, senza successo. Ho deciso di scrivere al supporto e nel giro di pochissimo ho ricevuto una risposta da Razin Naik, che è stato super gentile e professionale. Ha risolto il mio problema in meno di un minuto!
È raro trovare un’assistenza così rapida ed efficiente. Per questo consiglio assolutamente questa app: non solo funziona bene, ma c’è anche un team davvero presente dietro.
