What a great service!! I needed to set up multi-channel automatic fulfilment software that integrated with my fulfilment company and this did it perfectly with the help of David @ Order Desk who took the time to talk me through every stage and we set it up completely within 1 hour. I Highly recommend this for any Shopify Store.

Great tool that is highly customizable to solve all of your fulfillment needs. Support is AMAZING-- the Order Desk team answers questions promptly and extremely thoroughly. They are also continuously adding new features to serve their customers... it's like they are reading my mind! Couldn't recommend this more.

These folks are amazing. The support is totally above and beyond and the service enables me to gate transactions before they go to my fulfillment center for fraud detection. I especially love that we can color code orders in the Order Desk orders view and also the ability to create rules form shopify fields that map with the various fields of our fulfillment services.

This app is absolutely amazing. Actually, it is not only the app. It is customer service. Nowadays, you have tons of apps to choose from, and in my opinion, what makes the difference is the support. Order Desk offers an OUTSTANDING customer service, and everyone in the team goes the way and beyond trying to help and accommodate your needs. I was terrified to change connectors as we have a quite complicated operation, and we deal with several different marketplaces other than Shopify, but they surpassed our expectations. The fact they did not offer phone support was the reason why I almost did not go with them, but I decided to give it a try, and honestly, their email support is one of the most efficient and fast supports I have experienced, so I am delighted. Highly Recommend!!!

This App is amazing. The customer service is outstanding. If you want to grow larger than just a small store and have multiple fulfillment centers and sales channels, this is the app you need. We are very please with the capabilities and ongoing support. Also new features are released at times that it seems we really need them. Thank you!!!!

This app has been a god-send. We have 2 suppliers, one who works through her ShipStation integration to our store, the other through a private folder for products tagged with her name. David was very helpful and patient in the setup! Highly recommend!

This is the best app ever... honestly, where has it been all my life?? Exactly what I was looking for - something to automatically send my orders to FBA for fulfilling, then automatically send fulfillment notifications to the customer. Before this, I was manually entering all that into FBA and it was inconvenient to say the least.

This has freed up so much time, truly, THANK YOU to the developers. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and when i had a question it was answered fast. Awesome stuff :)

I wish I'd found Order Desk 2 years ago! The customization and level automation possible is saving so much time, and removing the possibility of human error in a lot of repetitive processes.

Each time I've reached out to support with questions about getting everything set up, their responses have been prompt and incredibly helpful.

Really great tool if you run multiple shops with different processes. Very flexible to configure and great to integrate with other services.
But the best part is their customer service. I lack the proper words to express how great that support is. Huge thumbs up!
