Awesome app! Amazing assistance. Highly reccomended
There is no reason for a brand to not use and benefit from this app. It's an easy, immediate experience for our customers (which they love), our support department receives half as many tickets, and every day I'm notified that customers are adding more and more products to their order after they've purchased. The post-purchase upsell emails the app automates are too good.
Order Editing not only saved us thousands of dollars in support costs, it grew our average order value too. Hamish and Keira easily integrated with our 3PL and put our customer portal in all Shopify emails and like night and day we never received an order change request. The founders also created an upsell email automation that saw us offering discounts on a second or third item hours after purchase, customers paid for the extra item and it was added to the original order. WAY too easy!
We installed Order Editing before our Black Friday sale to help reduce ticket volumes for our Customer Service team, and it did exactly that! It was extremely easy to get set-up and going. Hamish and the team are second to none. They've built a great solution for a problem that most ecomm merchants and brands experience on a daily basis. Highly recommend this to any Shopify merchant. It'll be a staple in any Shopify tech stack I build from now on!
This app is a gem!! It's making us money by prompting customers to add products to orders before they ship, it's saving us time and money on customer service (we never get emailed anymore) AND our customers love it - they prefer self-service! Absolutely love it.
Excellent to manage and very user friendly! Allowing the customer to feel in control and manage their order without needing to conatct us urgently via emails, DMs and phone calls, saving time for both parties.
I personally would say as consumer myself this app is every customer life saver. It saves time and eliminates worry for customers who place a quick order but forget and essential information like a phone number to track. This app would literally set any business apart and make them more efficient and effective and also truthworthy.
Letting customers edit their own orders instead of creating a support ticket is the biggest no-brainer. This app saves us so much precious time. The ability to upsell customers a few hours after purchase is the cherry on top. It's super easy to set up too.

Such a no-brainer! We went from receiving hundreds of customer support emails a week to only a handful, this app literally self-services almost every request straight from our order status page. Our customer satisfaction is through the roof. Special thanks to Keira and Hamish for seamlessly integrating with our warehouse management software - very excited to turn this into an upselling machine next!
