This is a great app that allows you to make more of your customers happy! In the past, our team struggled with keeping up with customer support emails when customers emailed in right after purchasing, needing to change their address or size. Installing order editing immediately cut down our customer support tickets by at least 50% overnight, since customers can make these changes themselves now. Our internal team is quite small, so the time saved + customer happiness is such a big win.
On top of that, Jacques gets on a call with me before every drop to review our marketing strategies & clearly puts a lot of time and effort into making things go smoothly and we get the outcome we want. That kind of service is unheard of, and we really appreciate the effort and impact it's had on our business.
Order editing is now a must have for us, my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!
We’ve had a great experience with Order Editing!! Paul was incredibly helpful throughout the setup. He made the implementation seamless & was always quick to answer questions. Plus offered lots of tips on best practices.
The app has already delivered a great ROI for us. Highly recommend it!! I just wish I had done it sooner, to be honest.
Order Editing has been a game changer for us. Giving customers the ability to self-serve address corrections, product changes, and cancellations before fulfillment has taken a huge chunk of manual work off our CX team's plate, and the upsell functionality has added real, measurable revenue on top.
What's made the experience even better is the team behind it. Our ERP integration had a few unexpected hiccups along the way, though Pauly and the team went above and beyond to get us sorted, staying responsive and hands-on until everything was working properly. They even helped troubleshoot things that were technically outside their scope, which said a lot about how much they genuinely care about their merchants' success.
It's rare to find an app with both a great product and a support team this invested. Highly recommend Order Editing to any Shopify store looking to reduce support workload while improving the post-purchase experience.
