OFG has been great for our business. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great app, the only one making life really easy forwarding orders. The price is a little high and the service is great, they're super helpful but does feel a bit rushed at times.

Great support and quick replies on any questions i had

we've been having problems routing orders for a product that needs to be fulfilled in 2 separate locations, I've created shipping zones but it's still not working properly. I talked to Shopify support several times in the last few months, we tried Flow but the issue persists. And I was told that there's just simply nothing that can be done.
So far, this app has resolved this issue. And it only took me less than 5 mins to program the order routing!

Kevin has been nothing short of a blessing in helping us set up our side of the app! He responded with all the answers I was looking for and in a timely manner. He saved us a lot of time and a lot of error. I knew it wasn't the most impossible task, just needed some hand holding. Thank you Kevin! We recently used this software to work around Shopify's constraints with orders containing products from several locations (dropshippers) and the inventory synchronising concerns that come with it. Order Fulfilment Guru entirely eliminates these issues and has proven to be the sole solution for our company because it produces its own virtual locations in addition to the limited Shopify locations. As a consequence, orders (even bundle orders) are processed quickly and efficiently, and you can send a sleek, professional email/portal to your fulfilment provider with exact shipping feedback to your customers. The app support (located in New York) has been the best of any app developer we've worked with. This is a game changer that has cut the number of hours spent manipulating spreadsheets in half.

Since we have multiple vendors, this tool allows us to send order confirmation emails to each vendor. It has helped us tremendously and is very useful.

This app is great! Easy to use, fast setup. It solved my biggest problem, namely the automatic distribution of orders to my different dropshippers. But the best of all is the support! The team is so helpful, so quick and so competent. I don't worry at all if there is a problem, because I know that I will get help quickly.
