Order Fulfillment Guru

We were looking for an app to help us automate our fulfillment process and Order Fulfillment Guru has been working really well for us! The support team is extremely hands-on and accommodating, and assisted us with our many requests. We work with a lot of small businesses, so they've also been enjoying how they can fulfill orders autonomously.

Order Guru is a fantastic app to automate your dropship business. The team at order guru is very responsive and very helpful. They helped us by going over and beyond to meet the specific needs of our dropship processes and made sure that the entire process was in alignment with our downstream systems. A big shoutout to Dean for his continuous support and help.

Fantastic app! No two ways about it, they have helped grow our business and allowed us to reach out to drop-shippers and completely streamline the entire wholesale side of things. Total lifesaver! We have two fulfillment partners who need to be sent emails with packing slips attached and struggled to figure out how to do this for four months. I booked an intro call with Cork, explained the situation, and we were up and running in less than an hour. LOVE that they offer White Glove installation, which is great for someone like me who knows what we need but not how to do it.

We are loving Fulfillment Guru! The app is easy to set up, it saves our team time and orders are more accurate. We used to send drop ship orders manually, which left room for human error and the labels were created right away even if the item wasn't shipping yet, which caused customer confusion. High recommend! Also, the customer service is great. I had a lot of questions and they answer the, fast and accurately.

OFG saved us during our busy holiday season! We had thousands of orders coming through Shopify that could not be properly split-fulfill between our two warehouses. We were having to manual update each one. OFG not only provided the application to automate the process but they provided fantastic customer service a long the way. No problem was ever too big or too small to be addressed respectfully and timely. We are very grateful for their services!!

I searched for an app to help me with smaller dropshippers and contacts I had my myself and this app is just perfect! Gives each of my suppliers their own page where they can view/process all orders from for me. It's a superb app and the customer service is second to none! Anytime I have had a problem (which isn't many admittedly), they have responded quickly and sorted out any issues with speedy professionalism. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I brilliant app and even better customer service. Thank you.

Super easy to install - It sets itself up really easily too - The only thing I needed to do was set up shipping rates for the suppliers (copied existing ones with one click) and then set the product to be stocked at that supplier - super easy!
This really does allow a warehouse to fulfill / complete orders and add tracking back to shopify without any other software at all!
Packing slips would be a great addition - Let us know if possible.

Our store occasionally utilizes 3PL (third-party logistics) fulfillment centers in order to ship to specific countries internationally and the Order Fulfillment Guru application has really helped to streamline our communications, manage inventory, and to fulfil these orders efficiently! On top of that, Claire from the Support Team as well as the Product Team have been fantastic and prompt with their customer support as well as implementing/considering any unique and specific requirements! We would surely recommend this application.

I operate a new dropshipping business. I had started by manually sending orders to suppliers, receiving tracking info by return of mail, and then copying/pasting tracking info into Shopify = totally unsustainable. This app has saved me hours already; it sends the orders straight to suppliers, they can see all orders in one place and then upload tracking info there which gets sent straight to customer. I've been in touch with Claire from support a few times and some of the improvements suggested have already been implemented. Great app and only getting better!
