Amazing support even though I couldn't fully describe the error that I had. Nicole from Support Team helped me out and it couldn't be better.
I like what they do, it was able to help us cater to our specific objectives related to MOQs.

This app has been a game changer for me. I looked for an order limit app for a while and couldn't find one that was cost effective and which worked easily.
It was very easy to install and easy to use; and when I changed themes and had some minor issues it was easily and quickly resolved by Emmanuele. This is a great app - If you wish to limit your orders by dollar value or item number - then this is the app!!

pretty good prise plus an app there to help when shopify doesnt have that feauture like they should have because it can get pretty annoying when you need 4 apps and a subscription on shopify

Initially had a payment issue which I thought was the app's fault - developer got in touch asap and assured me it wasn't and they were right - it was on the bank's end. Very quick customer support, easy to use app.
Does exactly what is required, and very easy to set up and configure. We've experienced a few issues with incompatibility with other apps on our store, but the tech support team are amazing and have promptly provided working fixes. Really impressed.

We had an issue with the app and it got fixed within the hour with a customized solution for our case.
After trying some other limitation apps I came across this one. MinMaxify provided me exactly what I wished for - unlike the apps I installed and uninstalled before this one. I did have one issue. My checkout kept on loading and wouldn't let my customer complete there order. After asking MinMaxify's support, they responded within minutes (!) and helped me solve the issue which appeared to be caused by one of those apps I uninstalled which left some codes that led to malfunction. I am incredibly grateful for the prompt and friendly support. Not to mention the app itself does what I want it to and is very easy to set up. Thank you so much! I would 10000% recommend MinMaxify!
We build popup shops for clients, and we use this app so often. It's easy to use and the support is great! We highly recommend this app, it's well worth the cost.

I've tested how our app is working on your site and I can confirm there are major troubles with MinMaxify's work on your site at present.
Because of noticeable random glitches, lags and visual bugs of your shopping cart's work sometimes our script is receiving invalid information from your backend and so it cannot prevent checkout in such a buggy environment.
Please see the video attached to my other e-mail for an example of my shopping experience on your site. Sometimes everything works fine, but sometimes I see something like that or even worse.
I believe the source of the troubles is a 3rd-party extension to your site or to your standard cart.json handler. It works extremely buggy and those bugs lead to our app's malfunctioning as well as to lots of bad UX cases for your customers.

Here I can only confirm that MinMaxify is a simple JavaScript extension to your online store and it requires a healthy Shopify environment to do it's job properly. And that is the problem in this case.

This app working perfect and I am real in inspire to this app so I am recommend to an other peoples this app.
This is the third holiday season we've used MinMaxify to control the minimum (and maximum) quantities customers can add into their cart by product. The app works just as designed and support (should you need it) is super responsive and efficient.
This app helped with launching my online store by eliminating nuisance orders from competition for amounts of less than $2 per order. The ability to set limits that promote the store is easy but immediately effective.
Very helpful support team & flexible app. They were able to give me detailed instructions on how to set up my quite complex order minimum and maximum rules.
App is okay, just there should be the ability to customize the appearance of pop up on "Sweet Alert" Style. Now it is not matching the website style and we don't want to use the Recommended button where you can customize the color.

We 100% agree that it would be nice to provide more ways to customize the popup appearances in our app. In fact adding that "Sweet Alert" option in addition to our default lightweight popup theme is one of those steps to provide that flexibility.
Unfortunately, as "Sweet Alert" is an external library served from within a standard CDN we do not have any way to adjust it's default look and feel from our app. But if you're familiar with HTML you can do that yourself using the regular CSS override tricks. Here's an example:

The app works great, however, i'm giving a 3 star rating because of their terrible customer support. I tried to reach them multiple times and no one ever returned a message. They only responded to my question once I got Shopify customer service involved.

Great app, just what I was looking for. I. Can set minimum quantities on individual products. Customers cannot add less that the minimum to their cart. Perfect!
For a start, Its just that good! and do what its suppose to. This app sets the condition right for my niche as due to variant price change daily and you might want to regulate control how goods goes out of your stores.
The app provides everything it supposed to do.
So far no issues, it is nice and easy to use. Great job!

This app is awesome! I just use the basic minimum product quantity and total product quantity features. It's extremely simple and works seamlessly on your store!

Great app and amazing support! Got a reply in like 5 minutes! Agent was kind enough, not only to help me and solve the issue, but also contacted me afterwards to let me know he saw a mistake in the way i set up the app! This would have been a very costly mistake
You can set limits to individual products and set limits to a group of products! Exactly what i was looking for.

We use this app to enforce buying by MPQ (case quantities). Setting the Minimum order field to say, 12, makes the initial quantity box 12 so that customers add to cart in multiples of 12 (rather than one at a time). Support was very fast and effective.
