Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for any confusion about the trial period.
You can cancel the trial at any time by simply uninstalling the app. Since we use Shopify's billing system, uninstalling automatically cancels the pending charge, so you won't be billed.
If you experienced any billing issues or were charged unexpectedly, please contact us directly at support@nexusmedia-ua.com, and we'll resolve them.
