Trackable by Sovi Apps is a simple tool that gives your Customers the ability to view the summary of their orders as many times as they'd like, saving you time normally spent on customer support so you can focus on growing your business.

*IMPORTANT: What carriers are compatible with this app and Shopify's order summary page?*

Our app generates a page that grants your customer easy access to their order summary page provided & managed by Shopify. Please note that Shopify's order summary page is only compatible with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Canada Post.

NOTE: The order confirmation page is a Shopify-owned property, and unfortunately, we as the app developers do not have any control over the number of compatible shipping carriers. We're always keeping our fingers crossed that the Shopify team is working through adding more carriers to their list!

How does Trackable integrate with my Shopify store?

The app integrates with your store by acting as a separate page that Customers can visit within your site. We'd recommend incorporating it as a menu option in your header for easy access. Best of all - the app pulls design elements from your current theme, so there's never inconsistency.

JustStuffISell.com

Tried twice to install and load the app into our store for testing and configuration. Both time the app never created an actual tracking page - simply showed a 404 page not found error.

Hopefully others have better luck than me. I ended up using the Trackingmore app.
