I personally like this app but a feature doesn't work and I contacted the support, its been a week and still waiting for a god damn reply

Very good tool, I highly recommend it, very cheap and reasonable price with very good Order Tracking included :)

Charging a $10 flat fee & 0,05$ per order is ridiculous. Read the small print before installing, lost a lot of money because of this app. be aware.

UPDATE: Rob got in touch and has issued a refund + discount, great customer service.

Tried cancel my subscription got charged even after uninstalling the app,remove me from subscription

What a great app! This ability for customers to lookup/track their own orders without emailing us is so helpful and something we've wanted since we launched our store. So glad these guys did all the work to make it happen. Well worth the price to provide excellent service to your customers and a tool that is necassary for large or small stores.
