Order Merger: Merge Orders

Easily the best order merging app that I've used. I have been using TrioM for a few years now and it has saved me hundred of hours of manual work. Support has always been great with very quick responses and solutions to any questions I may have. It seems that they are constantly making improvements to the app as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

Our Shopify store has a seasonal sale that runs for several weeks before we ship orders. We've had several customers reach out to tell us how much they appreciate multiple orders being combined and the extra shipping charges refunded. It's a customer service feature that sets us apart from our competitors. We had some questions about the optimal app settings for our use case. When we reached out to the TrioM team via chat, we connected with Tom in less than 5 minutes, and he patiently helped us figure things out step-by-step.

I love being able to offer my customers combined orders with less stress and time. This app works really well for me, and I've had excellent customer service support each time I've reached out. There's more functionality that I even realized! Thanks to Tom for the help figuring out how to refund excess shipping today.

I had a few questions when getting started, and Tom was genuinely lovely to deal with! Patient, friendly, and always happy to help, even with things that probably didn’t need such long explanations. It made a big difference knowing there was someone on the other end who actually cared and took the time to respond properly.

The app itself is simple, smart, and does exactly what it promises. Being able to merge orders easily solves something Shopify doesn’t handle very well on its own. The free plan works perfectly for a small store like ours, and it feels flexible rather than limiting.

Overall, it’s just been a really positive experience!! A smart, useful idea backed by exceptional customer service, something I haven’t experienced in a long time. Definitely something we can see ourselves continuing to use as we grow.

Due to the app not marking the orignal Meta order as fulfilled, All the Meta orders were all refunded. Lost alot of money using this app. Not recommended if you use Facebook or Instagram for order merger.
