I haven't made my store live yet, so I can't say anything about use, but these were certainly a piece of cake to set up!
I had an issue where i wasn't sure where to add the downloadable link on the instore POS email notification. Nelvin and the team basically re-wrote the code for me and all i had to do was copy and paste it in. Frosberg are super responsive and helpful even with the time difference

We use this app to print quotes and invoices to be emailed to customers and it is very easy to use. By creating your own templates you can also customize the output any way you want it. And tech support is very prompt and very competent.
This app helped us get professional and customizable templates. Customer service is amazing and quick. I have contacted them several times the last couple of months. This app is highly recommendable.

The app solve the daily operations about CS enquiries for the order receipt. The "Automated PDFs" fuction helped to generate a hyperlink text in your Shopify's notification emails, which is very convenient! The helpdesk is very responsive and helpful, answering all your enquiries in a timely manner. Impressive. The only thing is that if you are not good at HTML coding, you might encounter some difficulties when setting up your template. Turn to the helpdesk and they will sort it out for you. It will be perfect if the app can provide more user friendly templates, like another app this developer own - Order Printer Templates (chargeable for template purchase), which is much easier to use.
