This tool has been fantastic linking together the great PDF invoice templates I've created with "
Order Printer Templates" with the stylish email templates I've created with OrderlyEmails.
There's a bit of tweaking to get all three apps to play together, but Bjorn is doing a great job of streamlining it as much as possible.
I'm really happy with the outcome - the ordering process looks and feels so much more professional now. It's also helped ensure that all our order notifications contain compliant tax invoices, which keeps our fussy Australian tax office in a good mood, haha.
I went thru the available code and structure and needed some technical clarification. So I sent a request to the CEO (Bjorn Forsberg-Chief Eternal Optimist). In a word, perfect.
Easily customizable invoice templates (html / liquid coding), walk thru setup, downloadable pdf comes from your domain to customer, no 3rd party pdf downloads for customers, pdf created and coded securely in neat URL.
Definitely some time and thought went into this app. Very handy and great for customers to receive invoice straight after purchase. Very happy.
Can't wait for the 'carrier pigeon' upgrade pak. Apparently pigeons still waiting for passports.
This app shouldn't be free!
I use Shopify for internal movement of goods between warehouses and sample product shipments, which have Order Numbers but are not to be Invoiced. Since the app uses the Order Number for the Invoice Number, it messes up my invoicing.
Their instructions on the website are pretty straight forward to include details in the code.
Worked well, as long as all your orders are to be invoiced.
Great app, that does everything it says it does. The support team were a great help. I would also recommend the Order Printer Templates. The team help me make the custom changes that I needed. Thanks, guys.

I love the simplicity of this app, easy to set up and smooth running set and forget once running.
The support is number one, I had specific issue, Patricia was on hand to chat with and we talked the issue through. I was amazed to find out about 30mins later Patricia had reached out asking for more information. Not long after that Esteban was in contact with special advice that rectified the issue.
