Excellent and simple app that helps you when you had no option other than offering a poor customer experience or pay more to upgrade your plan. It has helped kaapikaapi.com.au in its preparation for launch. Various new members on the shopify platform who are struggling should see this. Bjorn, may I suggest you post this feedback and the functionality of the app in certain help topics within the community group as there are others who may be struggling without this. Thankyou for your support.

We had some small customisation requests for additional fields on invoices and packing slips. The support team were great and quickly helped us add these.

Am super happy with my experience with this app so far. Have been using it for weeks now and everything works fine. I contacted the support today to get help with having different invoice templates depending on the country / location of my customer. I got immediate help by Salome and her team and will now thankfully try to implement the solution, but am sure I would get additional help if needed (:
