We needed a fix - urgently, for our commerical invoices going to the US market. Our carrier totally left us in the lurch, but the team at Order Printer Pro / Shop Circle helped to create and launch a new document template in no time at all.
It was super quick and totally painless. We rely on our sales to the US and clear commercial invoices with the correct HS and HTS codes was proving to be impossible.

We are finally moving to OPP as our main production printing tool (had no choice as Shopify’s printing templates are massively limited). However, I have to drop a couple of stars because they have had a bug in the printing extension for around a year. When printing from Safari on MacOS, it prints a blank page first. I asked them about it and they don’t seem to have anyone able to fix this simple bug. It bums me out because other than that it is awesome!
Previous Review: This app does the basics well right out of the box. The real power is in being able to customize the templates and add all different types of logic to get you where you need to be.

This app works great for us to share Quotes and Invoices that have a "Pay Online" button built in that brings the customer to the Shopify cart to pay. Luis with Tech Support was very quick and very helpful, great app!
Perfect for professionally looking invoices etc. The templates do need some tweaking, they often don't include everything you need from the start and may have some weird calculation quirks so pay attention to the sums and line items during testing. But you can either tweak them yourself or ask the support team in via live-chat to make changes and so far all my requests have been meat.
Amazing customer and tech support. Our enquiry was attended to within 60 seconds and the specifically 'designed' solution for our Order Printer Pro App was presented and useable within a couple of hours. Exceptional communication and service.
Further issues beyond their scope of works were also investigated and within the day what seemed to me as a monumental challenge was resolved. So impressed with the level of service and speed....haven't had this level of service in a very long time!
