Been using them for 4 years now. No more customers asking for a PDF invoice as the order shipped email includes a PDF download link. Recently had an annoying CSS bug causing some extra pages to print and they solved it for me. Highly recommended.

The app is fairly beginner friendly. I contacted the Help & Support and Valarie was able to quickly answer all my questions, help with coding and change some of the information on the templates for me.

So far the app is working great and customer service gets an 11/1o from me!

Thanks for the feedback. I think there may be some confusion here, as the app does ask you to subscribe, but then the app will not charge you if you have less than 50 orders per month on the free plan. It also includes a 14 day free trial, so even if you have more than 50 orders you can try it risk free.

So as long as you have less than 50 orders / month the app remains free for you to use :)

I have requested a feature from the support and Jonas und Ramon did write some code for me and even recorded a video showing how I need to implement it, making it as easy and as smooth as any one could for.
