Very difficult to customize and the default templates are weak. Shopify, this type of functionality should be native to Shopify and should be much more intuitive.
Terrible unreliable app. Rarely prints all of the selected invoices. Common issue for months and Shopify do nothing.
Won't properly process a return. If you process are return with Order Printer, beware. Order Printer won't adjust product quantity and shows a balance due for the return amount. Good chance, you'll send more product as the shipment won't account for the return and/or your customer gets a receipt/invoice with a balance due.
I find it embarrassing a company the size of Shopify can't provide an efficient way to accurately process/print batch orders for shipping.
Great app! Does what it's supposed to do. Recommend to any online entrepreneur.
This app is excellent. I use it on every order.
The app doesn't create correct invoices when the Duties Calculation feature is enabled. Invoices generated using the app will not include a duties line, but will include the duties in the total. There is no liquid template variable for duties. (Opened a support case in March 2022 to update the app to support Duties, but have not received an update on when this feature will be added.)

Easy to use! Editing the templates was simple. Great app!
This app is a lifesaver. A little tricky and confusing during setup but once its working it saves so much time and I no longer get emails from customers requesting a formal copy of their invoice.
I use this app every day but no longer works with Safari and now chrome this morning. What is going on?
i love this app and even bought a template, but it's not working with Safari anymore, when will this be fixed?
