Have to clear cookies every time I want to print in order for it to work. I'll keep using until I have time to find something else, but very disappointed & frustrated. Could be a great app if issues were resolved.

We are able to create the delivery notes to our specification, although some code was required, so our developer did this.

This worked at first but now suddenly does not show the product photos on the invoice (the only reason we purchased this app) and says "ERROR FORBIDDEN". We did not change anything on our end it just stopped working. And support on this app is VERY SLOW it takes over a week for a reply and in the meantime our invoices to customers look unprofessional. Not happy.

Free and allows me to customize print out template. downside is performance issue. It took a while to load up the invoice.

You need to pay close attention to the 'how to' but pretty simple and logical. It added logos at full width so added a specified width to solve.

I find this app very limiting in terms of design. This might be a suitable template for services, hardware, etc but for specialty retail (apparel) it doesn't work for me. There also isn't enough room for a Return Policy. I think you should consider offering more options.
