Doesn't correctly reflect order changes. Which apparently is normal per my conversation with Shopify support
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. My understanding is that if you refund part of an order, this should be reflected on the invoice when it comes to print. I'd recommend continuing to speak with the Advisor working with you on your support ticket if you're not seeing this on your end. Works good and easy to install.
have been using this since we setup our shopify store. however now it says that i haven not selected any template even though i have. is there something that i have missed?

I had trouble with the app and have had an open ticket for a week. they verified there was in fact trouble. NOT operator error.

When i try to hit the "Print Button" from the phone it does not do anything. It´s no longer working.

We experienced an issue with the print button on October 19th - this was resolved the same day, however it's possible that your browser is caching the error and you may need to clear your cache and cookies. This app was awesome until a recent update. Now the print button won't work meaning that I can no longer print invoices from either the Shopify app, or the web version. I've been in touch with Shopify who are apparently looking into the issue. It's now been 6 days and I can't print an invoice. Come on people, this is a basic necessity of any business. Something is wrong with the coding somewhere, please sort it out.

While we did experience an issue with the print button on October 19th, this was resolved the same day. If you are still unable to print, then it sounds like your browser and app may be caching the error. I recommend clearing your cache and perhaps rebooting your router if you haven't already done so. Nice app, would be 5 stars if we could email invoices as well. It's a hassle to print, scan, then email an invoice the customer lost or to email a VAT invoice - if we could email from the app that would be amazing
True, the packing lists get a lot prettier if you use this. But...from an operations standpoint, I REALLY wish this app did not need to take me through another screen to print our packing lists. It would be great to be able to print from order printer right on the order page, so we didn't have to then go BACK to the order page to use our other apps. Or...I'd love to just be able to better customize the shopify basic packing list...and abandon Order Printer entirely, but we tried and it doesn't seem to update when we make css changes.

Absolute Rubbish!!. I expected more of you Shopify. If you are going to provide us with this app the very least you could do is add a WYSIWYG HTML editor instead of just pushing us in at the deep-end! I have been messing around with this for hours and I'm still no closer to getting the results I need. AVOID THIS APP if you don't know HTML! Come on Shopify, sort it out....
