We tested Order Rescue initially to see what was going on in our checkout. Within days, the dashboard showed exactly how many customers were leaving after typing an invalid code. Once we switched the rescue offers on, it became a reliable incremental revenue driver. The setup was simple, and our Account Manager helped us fine-tune the offer logic to protect margin while improving conversion.
Order Rescue has given us some really interesting insight in to how our customers are engaging with us where discounts are concerned, more importantly which customers are abandoning and why.
