O: Auto Tag Order & Customer

Neil was amazing in helping us set up a couple of order tags. If it isnt clear these guys have an amazing feature - they can set up tags that put 'New customer' and 'returning customer' in the tags on the order page - so if you're sending flyers with discount codes for first time customers to place their second order and want to see it quickly, this is the thing for you. their help has been absolutely brilliant and they have a feature right there that i don't think you can get anywhere else - at least i struggled to find it. install it now!

A competing app with shopify's default flow app. As far as tagging goes, this app is a clear winner! Super easy to setup tagging flows and the best feature is ability to retroactively apply tags on previous orders. Without this feature, you would have to manually run the flow on batches of 50 orders and its a hassle to go through previous orders. With this app, it takes a few clicks and you are done! Love it!

Great communication , great help

This is a wonderful app. I use it to automate customer service emails and it's working out so nicely. Integration with Google/Gmail is awesome too.

I have searched through many apps but this one is the best. With a simple, friendly, and easy-to-use design, the requirements for setting up tagging commands are fully guaranteed. However, scanning and re-tagging are still limited and cannot be processed for old orders. Hopefully, the team can fix this problem in the near future. This is a very good support software for you to use email marketing on Shopify.

have been using this app to tag ours based on total spend and it work really great - only issue is the tagging of old orders, this takes a lot of time if you have like +100000 orders like we do.. but the Support if great and do everything they can to help so ++++++ for the support also...

Great app that saves a lot of time by helping us sort orders and flag the ones that need special attention without having to open them one by one. Also helpful for tagging customers with certain conditions. Support is friendly and quick!
