I've been using the pkge iOS app for a long time, and now I can automatically import orders from the store into it. Thanks to pkge, I can always tell my online store's customers where their package is currently located.

It's a great app. I was especially pleased with the service's support team, which answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me with setup. I recommend using it in tandem with a mobile app if you don't have thousands of orders per month.
