Haven't used the app fully yet. BUT. The support people who helped me get started were incredible, patient, clear, and problem solving. Loved the experience so far.

After opening our charity's online store, we were looking for a way to quickly and efficiently process customer orders without having to go through USPS.com and manually add tracking numbers. Not only does OrderCup make it easy to fulfill orders and print shipping labels, the support is very helpful in dealing with any issues we had getting our store up and running.

I has a problem printing shipping labels and customer service was responsive and solved the problem quickly. Would use it again!

This app should be called Simplify.....

By far the best shopify app experience i had.
Don't hesitate get the app especially if you have multiple stores.

We love ordercup, great costumer service and very nice support!

I use this product in my store MezuzahStore.com. It works really well and is very nicely integrated with Shopify. My only complaint is that they seem to charge more for postage than say stamps.com. You have to decide if the savings in time is worth it for you. Also if you use other services like FedEx or UPS and not just USPS like me, I would think it is a must.
