Order Cup has a great support team! I was quite confused with my shipping carrier's process and Ed from Order Cup was able to clarify everything for me! He took the time to call me and explain step by step how Order Cup system works and what information my shipping carrier needed daily. If you are unsure of how this app works, need help with setup, or have any questions along the way; contact the support team and be assured that you are in good hands! Not only is the app amazing and does far more than expected, but Ed (OrderCup support) was super generous with his time to walk me through the entire app. He spent over an hour on the phone with me ensuring that my printers were set up properly and that all my shipping boxes were configured in the system. He took me through all the features and explained how they could help make my store more efficient. Great app and great staff! Wishing all developers were like this ...

Wow what a great help I received today with setting up this wonderful asset to my store. I'm so excited to get this started as I can see it will save me a lot of time and effort to get these packages out to my customers. I know they will also see that I have them in mind as I find these great apps to add to my store so that it can continue to run smoothly. So happy to have found this first class app so I can cancel my other shipping accounts.

I like the app but it really needs to communicate back to shopify and have option to email customer tracking info

Very useful app for creating shipping labels and eliminating double entry. With this tool we have been able to create a place that prints all of our Shopify and eBay labels in one place. Thanks to the address verification tool we have yet to be charged an address correction fee from FedEx, the tool has been able to catch all the customer data entry errors thus far...it has paid for itself with this feature alone many, many times over. The software works with our FedEx standard printer perfectly, which we use to print our labels and packing list.

OrderCup has been the most useful app that has been added to our Shopify store, it's become necessary, and we highly recommend it.
