Order cup makes shipping a breeze - perfect for a growing company like us. Stellar customer service to boot.

Ordercup has been great at working with our website to organize and ship. I like that you can look back at each order and see if it is still in transit or has been delivered. It also gives you a warning when the address may not be valid or complete. It is very easy search for orders to see their status.
I've had a few questions/inquiries and ordercup staff has always gotten back to me within about half a day-- which is outstanding!

With my launch just around the corner I was worried about how to handle the shipping portion of the orders -- Ordercup has great videos and easy set up. Also, was able to get support on questions and now I am confident to start my business!

The Support Team is amazing! Always helpful, informative, and quick. They go above and beyond to make sure we have all we need.

Easy interface with both Shopify and Amazon. Best of all is their tech support. As a newcomer to online selling OrderCup customer service has been a lifesaver.

Update: After 4 years of using OrderCup we have been absolutely thrilled with their service. The product has performed very well and if there issues, support quickly fixed them. One of our favorite Shopify Apps.

OrderCup is one of those tools that just WORKS! It allowed us to take a process that used to take around 6 minutes per order down to about 15 seconds per order. In about 1/24th of the time...yes I said 1/24th.... we are able to import orders from our Shopify storefront, print shipping labels and packing slips and have the OrderCup application automatically update the orders as 'shipped' in Shopify and notify our customers of their shipment and tracking number. All this being done in about 2-3 clicks! With their new bulk shipment feature we should be able to possibly cut that time down to around 10 seconds per order. With our number of orders rapidly increasing, these time savings are HUGE! We can now offer even more great support to our awesome customers without wasting time on manual shipment imports.

Very rarely do you come across a product that makes your life so much easier and that creates a great customer experience for your customers. Being able to replace our old manual shipping process with this new integrated solution with OrderCup has been a breath of fresh air. We like to align ourselves with companies that are continuing to innovate and offer new features, OrderCup has demonstrated that this is exactly the type of company they are. We started using OrderCup with the mentality of "It's free to try out so what do we have to lose?"....and now we say to each other "What in the world would we do without OrderCup???" Great product!

We are really pleased with how well OrderCup works with our website and enables us to seamlessly create shipping labels via any carrier, as well as track information. Their support staff are always on hand when needed to answer questions and ensure everything is running smoothly.
