This is the BEST order processing APP I have ever seen. Helps organize and ship as well as notify customers of their order progress. Technical Support is unbelievable they will remain on the phone until your problem is resolved or question is answered. I HIGHLY recommend!

Brand new to Order Cup but so far the Customer Support has been top notch! Great online chat feature and within literally minutes of needing help you get called/contacted via chat.

Very patient support also. Puts you at ease to ask as many questions as you have. Makes you feel like your not going it alone.

We've used OrderCup for the past few months and we love it! Makes running the online store so much easier. The integration with multiple carriers and printing to the Zebra Thermal Printer really is simple. Plus, it makes your packages look far more professional not having to tape the labels to the packages. Very good customer support as well. They have been very helpful with setting up the store and even little tricks like mapping the customers selected shipping method to the drop-down item: making shipping their package even fewer steps.
