Been using orderhive for 6 months it was working fine but after the new version it's crap now. Try another inventory software this one don't work correctly.

We have improved Orderhive a lot since 2018. I would request you to try Orderhive again with Shopify Free plan.

For syncing inventory between different stores on different shopping cart programs, it works great. But at $50/mo with a $99 setup fee for the Lite package, that's way too much. I guess that's why they don't disclose pricing in the app description. I suppose if I was using all their other features (which I don't have any use for), it could be worth it.

I have tried almost every multi channel program. I picked Orderhive for many reasons.
1 Cost.. Least expensive of all of them
2.Customer Support - There is somebody there 24/7 to answer your questions.
3.It does exactly what I needed it to do.

The interface does take some getting used to. Trying to figure out how to create bundles and merge products can be a challenge. But the support staff worked me through the whole process.

I want to especially thank a Tech Support person by the name of Shruti for walking me through any concerns and really providing a solution that worked for us.

Again this will take some work but once you figure it our you will have a great system at a fair price.

I dont know what the problem is with their customer service. I have been sending them messages for 3 or 4 days and can not get any reply. There is room for improvement there, it seems to me like they dont care too much about their customers' need. what a shame, it looked like a good product but when there was a sync problem , the support just disappeared .

The online support staff for Orderhive is responsive. Naresh Sambhawani does an excellent job and deserves 5 stars!!! He is very knowledgeable and always follows up. This software is not very intuitive, however, so support is more necessary than with some other software programs.

There are occasionally "glitches" where orders are not synced properly and the software doesn't always notify you as it is supposed to do. When glitches do occur, the situation is escalated to tech support, and the answer is more often than not that it was a one-off type of situation and "won't happen again". Sometimes that is the case.

Functionality is good and they are continually adding new features. It's a solid order management system.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I am sorry to hear that you faced an error using the software but we were able to address the situation promptly.

As you said, we are adding many new features rapidly ( as per customer request ), sometimes it happens that we miss out dependencies. We are working on improving our process so that we can manage rapid feature development.

We subscribed to their app and paid a fee for some custom work. They kept coming up with excuses for the first 4 months and did not do anything. After delay and delay they finally started to get to work and they promised in full confidence that they will now complete the work. We are now 10 months further and without consulting us they simply decided to deliver something totally different that what we requested and paid extra money for. When we pointed this was really unacceptable they simply rejected and told us that their management made the decision. We've spend over 5000 usd on this project and I feel scammed. It is very disgraceful. If you can use the tool as is perhaps it is fine, but stay away if you need custom work, because they over promise and deliver something you never asked for.

I think this app has a lot of potential. It is dragged down by a sales and development team that overpromise and underdeliver. When dealing with my salesman. I stated some integrations that were critical before I could let this software be the master of our inventory. These integrations were promised and we paid for a year of service. After 9 months of "2 weeks" and "soon" we were told what we wanted done was not possible. The sad and ironic part to this is I figured out a solution and I AM NOT a developer. TLDR:
If the trial version does not do exactly what you need it to, do not pay a dime to these guys. We would love a refund for that first year of unusable software.

I am in the process of on boarding. The dev team is very helpful, easy to reach and have a quick turn around with questions. I have found it to be super easy to work with the team. I will be able to provide more info as i work with the app. So far, it's been great. I hope that it will be mac friendly soon and have an app for mac.

So far it has covered a hand full of necessities. There are still some gaps in the system that causes additional work, but all in all, it has been alright. The support will vary based on who you receive on their end. Some people are very responsive and other have lagged. Overall, this program is good but has the potential to be very good.
